Here’s how it works: When you receive your Calorie Pulse Watch, you’ll set the time, date, your age, weight, and sex. This information is stored in the watch’s memory. When you begin exercising, you simply start the watch’s internal counter. When you’re finished, you simply stop the counter, press SET and touch the sensor once. It’s that easy! Based on your preset information, the time on the counter, and your heart rate, the Calorie Pulse Watch is able to determine how many calories you’ve burned during your workout. The Calorie Pulse Watch also tells you which of the 5 Activity Zones you exercised in (very well written explanation included with your watch).
